10 Most Frequently Asked Questions About the Pur360 Process

10-most-frequently-asked-questions-about-the-pur360-process

Pur360 has developed and patented, 100% chemical-free process that has been scientifically proven to eradicate 99.99% of all mold, bacteria, viruses, VOCs, and allergens from surfaces and air. How can that be, you ask? Keep reading to find out everything you should know about the Pur360 process!

1. What does "chemical free" mean?

It means no chemicals are used with our patented process to eradicate mold and odors.

2. If it doesn’t use chemicals, then how does it work?

By utilizing the oxygen within your home, our equipment converts the air to oxidize almost anything including mold, odor, viruses, bacteria, organic and inorganic compounds on contact and makes our treatment an enormously powerful disinfectant and oxidizer. Our process is stronger than the common treatments such as chlorine and bleach.

3. Why do we have to be out of our home for 24-hours?

Pur360’s patented process takes 24 hours to complete. Because our process works with the oxygen within your structure, all people, pets and plants can not be in the property during this time. Once the service is completed, our technician will clean up our equipment and allow the customer to enter the property.

4. How does it kill mold behind the walls without removing them?

Because our process works with the air in your home, it can go wherever air goes. As long as the integrity of the wall hasn’t been compromised, we have the ability to treat behind the wall without costly construction costs.

5. What happens with the black spots on my wall?

Once our process is complete, the mold will be dead and turns into more of a dust like substance. In most cases, using HEPA filter vacuum will remove the dead mold from the walls. Should a stain remain, simply painting over the surface with a stain blocking paint is the final step; the mold is already dead.

6. What is your guarantee?

We provide a 100% guarantee on our services.

For mold, we guarantee there will no longer be elevated levels of mold in the treated area after our service is completed, as verified by a third party accredited laboratory. Once verified by the lab, the guarantee is for one year.

For odor, we guarantee to eradicate the odor in your property as long as the source of the problem has been corrected (i.e. for cigarette smoke, you can no longer smoke in the property). If the odor is still noticeable after our service, we will retreat the property at no additional charge until the odor is gone. Every person has different nose sensitivity, but we always make sure the customer is satisfied with our service. The guarantee is also for one year.

7. I only see mold in my basement, why should I treat my entire house?

By treating your entire house, it will allow our process to eradicate mold everywhere, including in the air ducts. We always recommend treating the entire house because of all the added benefits, but ultimately it is the customer’s decision.

8. Will it clean my air ducts?

While our service can sanitize your home, floor to ceiling, wall to wall and including air ducts, we are not cleaning them. If mold is in your air ducts we do recommend installing a HEPA filter after service or having your air ducts cleaned by a professional.

9. What else does your treatment work on?

Clothing, furniture, draperies, bedding, anything that is exposed to our treatment will have the same opportunity. As mold is a traveling, fun loving spore, it likes to go where the wind, or human or pet takes it; and, no concern with any chemicals on those surfaces either.

10. What references can you provide?

Pur360 is a Top Rated Professional and Elite Service Provider with a 5-star rating on HomeAdvisor, Google, Angie’s List and Thumbtack. We are certified through International Association of Certified Indoor Air Quality Consultants (IAC2) and hold any necessary certifications required by the states we operate in.
